Minecraft Cake
A square sponge cake with cream layers and a red "pixel" top — just like the cake block from the game.

In Minecraft a cake is crafted from wheat, sugar, eggs and milk — and our recipe uses the very same set. We bake a square sponge, layer it with cream and decorate it with red squares on top to recreate the recognizable cake block.

Up to 3 days covered in the fridge. The plain sponge can be baked ahead and wrapped for a day.
