In the books they even hop, but the homemade version behaves more calmly: it is simply very tasty tempered chocolate in a fun shape. The main secret is melting the chocolate correctly so it sets glossy with a snap.

Chop the chocolate
Break all the chocolate into small pieces and set about a third aside — you will need it for tempering.

Melt gently
Melt two thirds of the chocolate over a water bath, never letting the water boil, to 45 °C, stirring constantly.

Temper
Off the heat, add the reserved chocolate and stir until it melts and the mass cools to 30–31 °C — this gives a glossy snap.

Fill the mold
Pour the chocolate into the frog mold, tap it on the table to release bubbles. Stir in puffed rice if you like.

Set
Chill the mold for 20–30 minutes until fully set, then gently pop out the frogs.

Print or draw a wizard card and serve the frog with it — just like in the wizarding world.
